Light, volume, and atmosphere come together in the Puff collection by Normann Copenhagen
Designed by Saskia Huebner, the Normann Copenhagen Puff collection takes inspiration from one of the oldest traditions in Asian lamp making, where rice paper shades have been used for centuries to create a soft and ambient glow. After encountering the many variations of rice paper lamps during a trip to Japan, Huebner set out to reinterpret the form through a contemporary lens, balancing sculptural playfulness with functional minimalism.

The result is a collection of voluminous yet lightweight lamps that feel both familiar and distinctly modern. With their rounded forms and soft white surfaces, Puff lamps bring a quiet architectural presence to a room while diffusing light in a warm and gentle way. Used individually, they create a subtle focal point. Arranged together, they become more expressive, adding rhythm, scale, and softness to an interior.

Suitable for residential and commercial spaces alike, the Puff collection works beautifully in dining rooms, bedrooms, lounges, restaurants, and hospitality settings. Its simplicity allows it to sit comfortably in a range of interiors, while its sculptural quality gives it a strong visual identity.

For the month of May 2026, we have the Normann Copenhagen Puff collection on display in our store window. We invite you to visit the showroom to experience the collection in person and see how these lightweight forms transform a space through scale, texture, and light.
