Shipping Availability

We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not ship to the United States.

In-Store Pickup

We offer complimentary in-store pickup at our Roncesvalles location.
Once your order is placed, we will notify you by email or phone when it is ready for collection.

Pickup Hours

  • Tuesday to Friday: 10 am – 5 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am – 3 pm
Hours may vary during holidays. Please confirm prior to visiting.
At checkout, select In-Store Pickup as your delivery method.

Flat-Rate Shipping (Non-Furniture Items)

All shipping rates are in Canadian Dollars.
  • Ontario & Quebec: $15 flat rate
  • Rest of Canada: $25 flat rate
These rates excludes all Audo Copenhagen, Gus Modern, and Normann Copenhagen.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines (Non-Furniture)

  • In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Transit times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on destination
  • Delivery estimates shown on product pages are approximate and not guaranteed
  • Orders ship Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Furniture Shipping Rates

(Audo Copenhagen, Gus Modern, Normann Copenhagen, Tiptoe)*
Furniture shipping is calculated separately due to size, weight, and handling requirements.
• Shipping is charged at 8% of the pre-tax retail price
• For discounted items, shipping is calculated using the original regular retail price
• Furniture orders picked up in store are not subject to shipping fees

Furniture Lead Times & Processing

Most furniture listings include estimated lead times on the product page.
  • Orders are processed within 48 hours
  • Orders may be canceled only within this 48-hour processing window
  • Once an order has entered production, been allocated, or shipped, it cannot be canceled
Special order furniture items are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned once placed.

Returns & Cancellations (Shipping-Related)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Furniture, special order items, and sale items are final sale
  • Once an item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation

Delivery & Carriers

Orders may ship via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, local couriers, or other third-party carriers.
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on point of origin. Whenever possible, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival and allow for inspection.

Shipping Delays & Service Disruptions

Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Due to increased carrier demand, weather conditions, or service disruptions, delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within two weeks of shipment, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the status.

Duties, Customs & International Orders

All prices and shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Any duties, customs fees, or taxes associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. In accordance with Canadian law, 313 Design Market does not undervalue items or mark shipments as gifts.
