The thick high-quality paper limits ink transfer allowing you to sketch out your thoughts without worry. The sketchbook opens flat for optimal sketching. Pages have perforated edges in order for pages to be pulled out of the sketchbook easily and cleanly. The cover has an imperial ruler engraved into it. The back of the sketchbook has a pouch on the back cover. There's a strap to enclose the book as well as a penholder on the side.
