1. In-Store Pickup
   Complimentary in-store pickup is available at our Roncesvalles location.
   Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange pickup during regular business hours.
2. Flat-Rate Shipping (Canada Only)
   • Ontario & Quebec: $15 flat rate
   • Rest of Canada: $25 flat rate
   These rates apply to non-furniture items only and exclude Audo Copenhagen, Gus Modern, and Normann Copenhagen furniture*.

Pricing

• All amounts are listed in Canadian Dollars.
• In-store pickup is complimentary
• Flat-rate shipping applies based on delivery region
• Furniture shipping is calculated separately (see below)

Furniture Shipping

• Furniture shipping is calculated at 8% of the pre-tax retail price
• Shipping for discounted items is based on the original regular retail price
• Furniture orders picked up in store are not subject to shipping fees

• In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days
• Transit times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on location
• Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages are approximate
  Once an order is placed, a team member may contact you to confirm delivery details when required.
