The PORT ROUND BASKET is a testament to refined design and impeccable craftsmanship. Port basket has been designed by Lluis Clotet, who is especially active in architecture but who has also made a number of interesting designs of objects, was fascinated by the playful crumpling of a tray in silver paper and reproduced the effect in a successful mini-series of trays and baskets, in which the crumpled edge is achieved using a complex technique of cold-pressing in a single operation. Meticulously designed for discerning tastes, it embodies the refined aesthetic that has become synonymous with Alessi. Each detail reflects a perfect harmony of form and function, elevating ordinary moments into curated rituals.
