Audo Copenhagen introduces its latest collection for Fall 2026, bringing together new furniture and lighting alongside a new expression of Ib Kofod-Larsen’s Penguin Chair, originally designed in 1953.
Across the collection, familiar Audo themes of proportion, material and atmosphere are explored through solid oak, sculpted upholstery, paper cord and softly diffused light. Discover the new arrivals below.
The Penguin Wooden Lounge Chair
Originally designed by Danish architect and designer Ib Kofod-Larsen in 1953, the Penguin Chair is a defining example of his approach to Danish Modernism. More than seven decades later, Audo Copenhagen introduces the design in a new all-wood expression that places greater emphasis on its distinctive silhouette and construction.
A solid oak frame supports a curved veneer seat and back, creating a compact lounge chair with the visual lightness characteristic of Kofod-Larsen’s work. Available in natural oak and red-stained oak, alongside newly introduced upholstered versions.
The Puffin Dining Table
Designed by Copenhagen studio Atelier Axo, the Puffin Dining Table was first conceived for Bobe restaurant in Copenhagen around a simple idea: creating an inviting place to gather.
Its substantial oak base gives the design a grounded architectural presence, balanced by a restrained tabletop and carefully resolved proportions. Puffin is offered in round and rectangular formats, providing options for both intimate dining and larger gatherings.
Eave Seamline Lounge Chair
The Eave collection expands with the new Seamline Lounge Chair, a freestanding design defined by its low profile and enveloping upholstered form.
Curved armrests fold inward around the seat, while carefully placed seams trace and emphasize the chair’s sculpted contours. The result is a more intimate interpretation of the Eave language, suited to residential interiors as well as hospitality and lounge settings.
New For Dining & Living
The Fall collection also introduces three complementary designs that extend Audo’s approach across dining and living spaces.
The Mauro Dining Chair by Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen combines a wood frame with a woven paper cord seat, bringing together traditional materials and a distinctly contemporary profile.
The Conrad Lounge Table by Laura Lange takes cues from the upward-curving lines of Japanese architecture. Form-pressed veneer creates a subtle raised perimeter around its low tabletop, while exposed connections remain deliberately visible as part of the construction.
The Admiral Portable Lamp by Pernille Arlien-Søborg was developed around the atmosphere of the dining table. Its sculpted textile shade produces a warm, diffused light, while its rechargeable format allows it to move easily between dining, living and hospitality settings.
